It is stated that we must understand that we really own nothing; everything that we have now is temporary. It won’t last forever. So, we should not too much attach to it, just use it as it is for using, not for belonging. Bear in mind that everything is temporary.
It is stated that we should bear this in mind: some people are happy with whatever they have, which is sometimes less than what we have. Therefore, the key of happiness is satisfaction of whatever we have. For example, we have £10 in our pocket, we should be happy with it as we can buy…
Health is not just about food we eat, it is also about what we think, speak, hear and see. So, we must feed good food to our mind or brain, ear and eye. In this way, our life will become wholesomely healthy and free from greed, hatred and delusion or ignorance.

We know! we cannot control what is happening, we must control the way we react to it. This will become our power to cease anger, anxiety, depression, fear of loss and departure. And then, life will be relaxed and under our control.
It is stated that wholesome things will happen to our life when we distance ourselves from negativity. It is true as negativity will give us trouble at the present and the future, near or far. Therefore, be positive; thinking, speaking and acting.
It is stated that respect is like a mirror, reflecting our image: the more we show to other people, the more respect will reflect back on us. Similarly, the more we love people, the more we will be loved.
Here is the rule of action: think good thoughts, say nice things and do good for others, as what we have thought, said and done will come back to us. Therefore, we should think mindfully and carefully before doing any action as it will become our future.
It is stated that life is not about being rich, being popular, being highly educated or being perfect. But it is about being real, humble and kind towards oneself and others.
