Good for You
Good expression: a thief robbed an old man, “Give me all your money!” He replied, “Giving is good.” The thief kept on threatening him by saying, “You have seen my face so I have to kill you, too.” The old man said, “Killing me is good.” “What? Why is it good?”, the thief exclaimed. He replied, “I am old, old age makes me always weak and sick, so killing me is Good.” The thief said, “No, I’m not killing you now.” The old man said, “Not killing is good.” Confused the thief asked him, “Why not killing is good? He said, “Killing is unwholesome and causes bad consequence.” The thief cried out and said, “I’m not going to rob you and forever.” The old man said, “Good for you.”
