  • We can also accommodate 10 participants who wish to commute daily from home and join the retreat.

  • Ten toilets (5 for men, 5 for women).
  • Two shared shower cubicles.

Meals:

  • Two vegetarian meals and light refreshments will be provided daily.

Dress Code:

  • We kindly ask all retreatants to wear modest, comfortable clothing that is appropriate for a contemplative environment.
  • Please avoid tight, revealing, or flashy clothing to maintain a respectful and mindful atmosphere.
  • Loose, comfortable attire, such as long-sleeved tops, pants, or skirts, is recommended for meditation, as it allows for ease of movement.
  • Since you may spend time indoors and outdoors, layers are encouraged to adapt to varying temperatures.
  • We also suggest bringing a shawl or blanket for additional warmth during meditation sessions.
